Great Ohio Planting Day

This year we were able to host a fabulous event in conjunction with Arbor day and The Great Ohio Planting Day. We partnered with Keep Ohio Beautiful, Davey Tree Expert Company, The City of Alliance, The University of Mount Union and Shadetree commission. The Great Ohio Planting Day is in it's fifth year and we were so honored to have Alliance picked for this project.

In total, 29 trees and shrubs were planted at our site on the corner of North union Avenue and State Route 183. Among those trees were slender sweet gum, blue spruce, winterberry and serviceberry. This project was a major portion of the corridor improvements that are being made to the North Union corridor.
