New Logo Launched
As part of "Our Path to National Accreditation", and our Communication and Branding Plan, the Board of Health has approved our New Logo (PDF). Project DAWN
Project DAWN-Deaths Avoided With Naloxone is now available at the health department. Overdose prevention kits are now available to people at risk for overdose from a prescription opioid medication or heroin or to family members for individuals at risk of overdose. Ohio HIV/STI Hotline-Free Condom Project
Free condoms are available to be mailed directly, and discretely, to the home or desired address of any Ohioan. Condoms will only be sent to people living in Ohio and only be sent to people over the age of consent (16 years old). Please see website to Fill Out Form.
HIV Testing and Counseling
Free and confidential HIV rapid testing is available at the following sites. Results are ready in 20 minutes. Confidential Testing-A picture ID is required for clients needing a copy of test results. Anonymous testing-Client is identified only by a number. No record of test results given. Staff will explain more about the testing options.
Alliance City Health Department, 537 East Market Street, every Thursday morning, 9 to 11 a.m. walk in. Call if you need an appointment for a different time.
Immunizations
We now provide childhood immunizations to families with private insurance. Please contact us at 330-821-7373 for an appointment or additional information.

Demolition Program
In collaboration with the Planning and Development Department we have demolished 142 condemned and blighted structures to date. This program stabilizes neighborhoods and makes them healthier places to live.
