Rental fee is $150.00 for all day rental 10:00am-9:00pm

Fridge, Microwave, Sink, Counter with extra outlets, Restrooms, A/C, Heated, Wheelchair accessible.

Here are some of the rules that pertain to just the RFL.

* Use cork boards for decorations

* Do not hang decorations on walls or windows

* No tape, nails, thumbtacks, sticky tack or command strips permitted on walls, doors, or windows

* No glitter or confetti

* Please leave facility in the condition that you rented it

* No parking in front of glass windows

* Please put all umbrellas down on the tables outside

* Do not put food or garbage down sink drain

* If you move tables/chairs please put them back
