The City of Alliance leaf program is currently suspended until favorable weather conditions return.   Leaf machines are not able to correctly operate with snow and subfreezing temperatures.  We will do our best to complete the second pass once the snow melts and temps rise.

The following areas have had 2 complete passes;

1. Sawburg to city limits west—Main St. to State St  
2. Rockhill Ave. to Sawburg—Mint St. to State St.
3. South of State St—Quality Dr. to Mahoning Ave.

Any leaves that have been put to the curb in these sections (after the 2^nd pass) will need to be bagged or mulched.

Every effort will be made to complete the 2^nd pass for all other sections will be made, weather permitting. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
