Repair work on the Norfolk Southern rail lines will result in the closing of two railroad crossings in Alliance. Beginning Wednesday, July 9, 2025, the crossings at Vine Street and at Keystone Street will be closed. The contractor performing the work expects repairs to be completed and the crossings reopened by Friday, July 18, 2025.
