Paying Your Bill
Online
You can also pay your bill online securely with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card, free of charge.
Terms and Conditions for online payments
Paperless Option
You may now create a used id and password to log in and view your current and historical billing. You can also sign up to receive statements via email. Customers may also register and view multiple addresses.
In Person
You can pay your bills in person at our office at 504 East Main Street, which is located across from the license bureau. We also have a night depository beside the drive-up window for after hour payments.
Bank Debit
You may also sign up for direct payment from your checking or savings account through your bank. For this, you will need to complete an application for ACH (PDF) available on this site or in our office. You can call (330) 823-3126, and we will send you one. There is no charge for this service.
Procedures to Sign Up for Automated Bill Payment Plan
Print out the Consumer Debit Authorization Form (PDF). Filling out this form will allow us to take the bill payment automatically out of your checking or savings account. Please sign the form, date it, provide a daytime phone number, and include a voided check.
Return the Consumer Debit Authorization Form to us so we can establish the automatic payment plan. You can return this form in person, drop off in the night drop, or mail it in whichever is more convenient for you.
Processing
Remember it takes 6 to 8 weeks to process. There will be a notice on your bill stating that the payment will be automatically deducted out of your bank account. Until you see this notice on your bill, you will need to continue paying your bill as usual.
Thank you for choosing our automatic payment plan.
