The City Council of Alliance, Ohio voted on February 20, 1990, unanimously to authorize a water distribution study and an engineering design for a new 10 million gallon per day water treatment plant.

The plant is located at 12251 Rockhill N.E., Alliance, Ohio and put into operation July, 1993.

Our employees work around the clock, seven days a week 365 days a year, to ensure that your drinking water is safe to use and consume.
