NEW SERVICE

For properties outside the City, the process begins by contacting the Mayor’s Office at (330) 821-3110. For water service inside the City, contact the Water Billing Office at (330) 823-3126. For sewer service inside the City, contact the Engineering Department at (330) 823-5122.

For water or sewer service, the service line must be installed by the owner. Once installed, the service line remains the property of the owner and must be maintained by the owner. The “service line” is defined as all plumbing from and including the point of connection to the City’s main.
