The Department of Parks, Recreation and Public Lands maintains 220 acres consisting of 24 parks and parklands, ranging from small neighborhood green spaces to 60-acre Butler-Rodman Park Complex.

Throughout the park system, shelters are available for public use during park hours and can be reserved for a small fee by contacting the Park Office. Shelter Reservation Information

The Stark County Park District maintains Walborn and Deer Creek Reservoirs for the City of Alliance.  Any questions regarding those locations should be directed to the Stark County Park District.

The Alliance Park System is very fortunate to be supported by the non-profit organization, "Friends of the Park." Annually, the "Friends of the Park," along with many of the area's service and garden clubs, donate their time and money in support of our parks and recreation programs and projects.
