Ordinance 6-09-S: Introduced by Okey and Ryan: An Ordinance to enact Chapter 379 of the Codified Ordinances of Alliance, Ohio; to provide a system of inspection for Golf Carts to be operated on streets in the City; and to restrict the operation of Golf Carts to streets where the speed limit does not exceed 25 miles per hour.
