Ordinance 86-07: Introduced by Andreani: An Ordinance making appropriations and transfers of funds in the 2007 appropriations to provide for necessary expenses and adjustments; and declaring an emergency.

            Ordinance 87-07: Introduced by Andreani: An Ordinance amending the rules of City           Council to add a rule to require an estimate of the cost of ordinances introduced by any     member of Council in the City of Alliance, Stark and Mahoning Counties and State of     Ohio.

            Resolution 88-07: Introduced by Rhome, Thompson, Ryan and Andreani: A Resolution       Certifying to the Board of Elections the issue of a 2.75 Mill additional tax levy for park and    recreation purposes pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5705.19(H) for a period of            five years to be voted upon by the electors of the City of Alliance; and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance 103-06: introduced by Okey, Price and Ryan: an Ordinance to amend Chapter 771 of the Codified Ordinances of Alliance Ohio; to create the Department of Safe Housing in the City of Alliance; to establish the safe housing fund; to allocate a portion of safe housing revenue to the director of law for purposes of enforcement; and to establish initial funding for the Department of Safe Housing.

            Ordinance 38-07-S: Introduced by Okey and Price: An Ordinance to promote the   Downtown Business area of Alliance; and to amend Section 1134.07(d) of the Codified   Ordinances of Alliance, Ohio.

            Ordinance 39-07: Introduced by Okey: An Ordinance amending Alliance Codified Ordinance Section 181.13 “Allocation of Funds”; and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance 53-07: Introduced by Price: An Ordinance accepting and approving the replat of lots 10157 and 10164 North of West State Street and South of Hartshorn Street in the City of Alliance, County of Stark, and State of Ohio.
