            Resolution 83-07: Introduced by Thompson, Ryan, Rhome, and Andreani: A Resolution      directing the Clerk of Council to request the Stark and Mahoning County Auditors to      certify to the Alliance City Council the current tax valuation of the City of Alliance and the         amount of revenue that would be generated by a 2.75 mill new tax levy for the operation       and maintenance of the parks and recreation department; and declaring an emergency.

            Ordinance 84-07: Introduced by Rhome & Thompson: An Ordinance authorizing and          directing the Mayor to enter into a cooperative economic development agreement with Lexington Township in accordance with the terms and provisions on attached Exhibit “A”;      and declaring an emergency.
