Ordinance 73-07: Introduced by Ryan: An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Safety Service Director and the Law Director to execute a funding agreement with the Alliance Neighborhood Center and the City of Alliance Community Development Block Grant Fund for fiscal year 2006 consolidated plan in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00; and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance 75-07: Introduced by Andreani: An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and Safety Service Director to enter into an Alliance Community reinvestment area agreement with James G. Stout, owner of Costal Pet Products Inc.; and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance 78-07: Introduced by Okey and Price: An Ordinance to reauthorize and make permanent the First Responder Unit of the Fire Department of the City of Alliance, Ohio.

Ordinance 79-07: Introduced by Andreani: An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into a contract for the purpose of purchasing two new K-9 vehicles for the Alliance Police Department through the cooperative purchasing programs of the Ohio Department of Transportation or to advertise for bids and enter into a contract with another vendor at the lowest and best price, but for a cost not to exceed $60,000 in any case; and declaring an emergency.

            Ordinance 80-07: Introduced by Rhome: An Ordinance authorizing and directing the          Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into an agreement to participate in the Ohio          Department of Transportation’s contract for the purchase or sodium chloride; and      declaring an emergency.

Ordinance 103-06: introduced by Okey, Price and Ryan: an Ordinance to amend Chapter 771 of the Codified Ordinances of Alliance Ohio; to create the Department of Safe Housing in the City of Alliance; to establish the safe housing fund; to allocate a portion of safe housing revenue to the director of law for purposes of enforcement; and to establish initial funding for the Department of Safe Housing.
