Ordinance 04-07: Introduced by Council as a Whole: An Ordinance amending Chapter 181 of the Alliance Codified Ordinance after passage of a ballot issue increasing the Municipal Income Tax from one and three quarter percent (1.75%) to two percent (2%); and declaring an emergency.

Resolution 07-07: Introduced by Council as a Whole: A Resolution awarding the contracts for the deposit of active funds and interim funds o the City of Alliance, Ohio; and declaring an emergency.
Ordinance 08-07: Introduced by Okey and Andreani: An Ordinance authorizing and directing the director of public safety and service to enter into a contract for the purpose of purchasing three new vehicles for the Alliance Police Department through the Cooperative purchasing programs of the Ohio Department of Transportation or to advertise for bids and enter into a contract with another vendor at the lowest and best price, but for a cost not to exceed $75,000 in any case; and declaring an emergency.
Ordinance 09-07: Introduced by Okey: An ratifying a contract between the City of Alliance and the Alliance Administrative and Finance Employees Association; and declaring an emergency.
Ordinance 10-07: Introduced by Okey and Rhome: An ratifying a contract between the City of Alliance and the Alliance Wastewater Treatment, Water Treatment, Water Distribution and Street Department (WWWA) Employees Association; and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance 125-05: introduced by Schwarz: an Ordinance creating new Chapter 117-Fees of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Alliance and amending sections of the codified Ordinances for the purpose of giving the Director of Public Safety and Service the authority to review, update and establish permit, plan review, and inspection fees for Engineering, Planning and Zoning and to make them compatible to other local communities with the approval of Council, approving new fees; and declaring an emergency.
Ordinance 130-05: introduced by Schwarz: an ordinance to adopt a new City of Alliance Planning and Zoning Code and sub-Division/ Development Regulations to completely replace the existing Planning and Zoning Code, Map and Sub-Division Regulations in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Alliance, Counties of Stark and Mahoning and State of Ohio.
Ordinance 103-06: introduced by Okey, Price and Ryan: an Ordinance to amend Chapter 771 of the Codified Ordinances of Alliance Ohio; to create the Department of Safe Housing in the City of Alliance; to establish the safe housing fund; to allocate a po rtion of safe housing revenue to the director of law for purposes of enforcement; and to establish initial funding for the Department of Safe Housing.
