MINUTES OF THE MARCH 28, 2006

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ALLIANCE CITY COUNCIL

The meeting was called to order by President Benincasa at 7:00PM.

NOTICE: Clerk Locke read the Notice of the Special Meeting of Alliance City Council.

ROLL CALL: Alan Andreani, Steve Okey, Phyllis Phillips, Warren Price, Roger Rhome, Sue Ryan and Larry Thompson present.

COMMUNICATIONS:

1. Finance Committee Report from the March 15, 27 and 28, 2006 meetings.

OLD BUSINESS:

Ordinance 37-06: introduced by Okey: an Ordinance making appropriations for 2006 for the General Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and other City Funds, and authorizing the Auditor to draw his warrants for payment of any appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers; and declaring an emergency. Motion and second to amend by adding $1500 to Fund 101-4-421 53159: Roll Call: 5-2(Andreani, Rhome): AMENDED. Motion and second to amend with changes recommended in the Finance Committee Report: Roll Call: 5-2(Andreani, Rhome): AMENDED. Motion and second to adopt: after comments were offered by Okey, Andreani, Price, Phillips and Blaser roll call was taken. Roll Call: 5-2(Andreani, Rhome): ADOPTED

President Benincasa adjourned the special meeting at 7:59 P.M.
