MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 17, 2006

WORK SESSION OF THE ALLIANCE CITY COUNCIL

The meeting was called to order by President Benincasa at 6:00PM.

NOTICE: Clerk Locke read the Notice of the Work Session of Alliance City Council.

ROLL CALL: Alan Andreani, Steve Okey, Phyllis Phillips, Warren Price, Roger Rhome, Sue Ryan and Larry Thompson present.

John Blaser reviewed the Fact-Finding Report for the Alliance Firefighters Local 480 contract negotiations. Robert Tscholl and Nick Codrea, attorneys for the City of Alliance also reviewed the report.

Questions from Council were answered by the presenters along with Fire Chief Reese.

Chief Reese discussed operational concerns as a result of the Fact-finders report.

President Benincasa adjourned the special meeting at 7:00 P.M.
