Ordinance 119-06: introduced by Thompson: An Ordinance amending Ordinance 93-06 for the purpose of adding Exhibit “A” listing items of personal property which are not needed for Municipal purposes which exceed $1,000.00 in estimated value; and declaring an emergency.

 

Ordinance 120-06: introduced by Okey: An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Safety and Service to advertise for bids and enter into contracts for the purchase of various supplies for the year 2007 to include options to renew where practical, or to accept existing options to renew; and declaring an emergency.

 

Resolution 121-06: introduced by Rhome: An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Safety and Service and the Director of Planning and Development to prepare and submit an application to participate in the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) State Capital improvement program and to execute contracts as may be necessary for the purpose of obtaining funds to make improvements to primary and secondary clarifiers at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Ordinance 130-05: introduced by Schwarz: an ordinance to adopt a new City of Alliance Planning and Zoning Code and sub-Division/ Development Regulations to completely replace the existing Planning and Zoning Code, Map and Sub-Division Regulations in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Alliance, Counties of Stark and Mahoning and State of Ohio.
