Ordinance 94-06: introduced by Okey and Rhome: an Ordinance authorizing and directing the director of public safety and service to enter into a professional service contract for interim supervision of operations at the Alliance Water Treatment Plant; and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance 125-05: introduced by Schwarz: an Ordinance creating new Chapter 117-Fees of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Alliance and amending sections of the codified Ordinances for the purpose of giving the Director of Public Safety and Service the authority to review, update and establish permit, plan review, and inspection fees for Engineering, Planning and Zoning and to make them compatible to other local communities with the approval of Council, approving new fees; and declaring an emergency.

 

Ordinance 130-05: introduced by Schwarz: an ordinance to adopt a new City of Alliance Planning and Zoning Code and sub-Division/ Development Regulations to completely replace the existing Planning and Zoning Code, Map and Sub-Division Regulations in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Alliance, Counties of Stark and Mahoning and State of Ohio.
