Ordinance 72-06: introduced by Rhome: an Ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Public Safety and Service to advertise for bid and enter into a contract for the purchase or lease of, including installation costs, or renew the existing contract for granular activated carbon at the Water Treatment Plant for a period of three years and such additional optional time periods as may be available; and declaring an emergency.
Ordinance 73-06: introduced by Rhome: an Ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Public Safety and Service enter into a contract for the purpose of purchasing a new crew cab pickup truck for the Distribution Department through the Cooperative purchasing programs of the Ohio Department of Transportation or to advertise for bids and enter into a contract with another vendor at the lowest and best price, but for a cost not to exceed $22,000.00 in any case; and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance 130-05: introduced by Schwarz: an ordinance to adopt a new City of Alliance Planning and Zoning Code and sub-Division/ Development Regulations to completely replace the existing Planning and Zoning Code, Map and Sub-Division Regulations in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Alliance, Counties of Stark and Mahoning and State of Ohio.
