Ordinance 61-06; introduced by Okey and Rhome: an Ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into a contract for the purpose of purchasing a new sewer jet for the Alliance Water and Sewer Distribution Department through the State of Ohio Cooperative Purchasing programs or to advertise for bids and enter into a contract with another vendor at the lowest and best price, but for a cost not to exceed $ 135,000 in any case; and declaring an emergency.
