Ordinance 116-05: introduced by Schwarz: an Ordinance to amend the Zoning Map of the City of Alliance by changing all of lot 9967 and part of lot 9966 located on Western Avenue south of West State Street from One Family Residence District (R-1) to Neighborhood Business District (B-1) under the Alliance City Zoning Ordinance.

Ordinance 125-05: introduced by Schwarz: an Ordinance creating new Chapter 117-Fees of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Alliance and amending sections of the codified Ordinances for the purpose of giving the Director of Public Safety and Service the authority to review, update and establish permit, plan review, and inspection fees for Engineering, Planning and Zoning and to make them compatible to other local communities with the approval of Council, approving new fees; and declaring an emergency.
