NOTICE: Clerk Locke was asked to read the Notice of the Special Meeting of Alliance City Council by President Benencasa.

Ordinance 155-02: introduced by Ogline/Zumbar: an Ordinance authorizing the directing the Mayor and Safety Service Director to enter into an Alliance Community Reinvestment Area Agreement with Alliance Ventures, Inc.; and declaring an emergency. Motion and second to suspend rules: Roll Call: Unanimous for rules suspension. Motion and second to adopt: Roll Call: unanimous: ADOPTED. (6-0) Schwarz abstained.

Ordinance 157-02: introduced by Zumbar/Schwarz: an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a loan agreement with respect to the proceeds derived from Urban Development Action Grants (UDAG) in the amount of $200,000 to Winkle Magnetics, Inc.; and declaring an emergency. Motion and second to suspend rules: Roll Call: Unanimous for rules suspension. Motion and second to adopt: Roll Call: unanimous: ADOPTED. (6-0) Schwarz abstained.

Motion and second to cancel the special meeting scheduled for November 21, 2002 at 5:30 P.M.: MOTION PASSED BY ACCLAMATION OF ALL MEMBERS.
