MINUTES OF THE April 24, 2002

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ALLIANCE CITY COUNCIL

The meeting was called to order by President Benincasa at 5:00PM.

ROLL CALL: Sammeh Alihassan, Brant Luther, Mike Ogline, Phyllis Phillips, Roller, Schwarz and Alex Zumbar present.

NOTICE: Clerk Locke was asked to read the Notice of the Special Meeting of Alliance City Council by President Benincasa.

Law Director Zumbar asked that Council move into executive session to discuss the appeal of the Hunter-Zellweger public records lawsuit with the following people present: all members of Council, President of Council, Clerk of Council, Mayor, Safety Service Director, Law Director and Tom Connors.

Motion and second to move into executive session to discuss the above litigation with the above people present: MOTION PASSED BY ACCLAMATION OF ALL MEMBERS.

Council went into executive session at 5:05 p.m.

Council moved back into regular session at 5:58 p.m.

President Benincasa adjourned the special meeting at 5:59P.M.
