Properties and Land: Alihassan: passed out additional information concerning parking, anticipates having an ordinance at the next meeting.

Streets and Alleys: Luther: asked for action tonight on Ordinance 103-02; passed out a bulletin opposing Issue 1 on the November ballot and spoke against Issue 1.

Planning, Zoning & Housing: Ogline: asked for action tonight on Ordinances 135-02 and 136-02.

Utilities: Phillips: asked for action tonight on Ordinances 143-02, 147-02 and 148-02.

President Pro-tem Ogline made three (3) calls for all those wishing to speak in favor of the Ordinance.
