Ordinance 160-02: introduced by Council as a Whole: an Ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of not to exceed $60,000,000 aggregate principal amount of City of Alliance, Ohio, hospital revenue bonds, series 2002 (Alliance obligated group), for the purpose of financing and refinancing costs of hospital facilities; authorizing the execution of a base lease, a lease, a bond indenture, an assignment to bond trustee, and an assignment of rights under base lease and lease to master trustee, all to secure the payment of bond service charges on the series 2002 bonds; authorizing the execution and delivery of a bond purchase agreement for the series 2002 bonds, and the use, distribution and execution of an official statement in connection with the primary offering and sale of series 2002 bonds; authorizing and approving related matters; and declaring an emergency.
