Ordinance 159-02: introduced by Alihassan: an Ordinance adopting Alliance Codified Ordinance Section 361.01 ET. SEG. "Residential Parking Permit" and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance 88-00: introduced by Council as a whole: an Ordinance enacting a new chapter entitled "Cable Television Commission and Customer Service Standards", of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Alliance; establishing a Cable Television Commission and enacting customer service standards.

Ordinance 130-00: introduced by Roller: an Ordinance amending Alliance Codified Ordinances Section 373.02 to require the use of bicycle safety helmets by persons under the age of sixteen years while operating or riding a bicycle upon any street or highway or any public or private property used by the public for purposes of vehicular travel or parking; and declaring an emergency.
