New Business: Ordinance 151-02: introduced by Phillips: an Ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Public Safety and Service to extend sanitary sewer services to an area outside the city limits and currently without sewer service; and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 152-02: introduced by Luther: an Ordinance vacating the east west alley between Clark Avenue and Miller Avenue and the north south alley between West State Street and Chestnut Street in the City of Alliance. Ordinance 130-00: introduced by Roller: an Ordinance amending Alliance Codified Ordinances Section 373.02 to require the use of bicycle safety helmets by persons under the age of sixteen years while operating or riding a bicycle upon any street or highway or any public or private property used by the public for purposes of vehicular travel or parking; and declaring an emergency.
