Sealed bids will be received by the Alliance City Auditor, 504 East Main Street, Alliance, Ohio 44601 until 11:30 am, local time, on Friday, March 9, 2018 and will be opened and publicly read at 12:00 noon at the City Administration Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 504 East Main Street, Alliance, Ohio for:

"PROVIDING LANDFILL DISPOSAL FEES FOR SLUDGE THE CITY OF ALLIANCE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT"

Specifications may be obtained from the Wastewater Treatment Superintendent, Joe Amabeli, 12251 Rockhill Ave NE, Alliance, Ohio or by calling 330-829-2220.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as such in the lower left-hand corner with the words "LANDFILL DISPOSAL FEE SERVICES FOR SLUDGE FOR CITY OF ALLIANCE WWTP."  The envelope should also bear on the outside the name of the bidder and his address.

As security that if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into and a performance bond in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) made payable to the City of Alliance will be required.

Proposals must conform to all instructions and requirements set forth in the specifications and must be accompanied by all required documents and forms set forth in the specifications.

The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all formalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid considered lowest and best for the City of Alliance.
