  1. SEALED BIDS for the furnishing of the necessary materials, labor, and construction of improvements as indicated for the project known as: 2020 Street Paving Program will be received by the City of Alliance at the office of the Auditor, City Hall, 504 E. Main St., Alliance, OH 44601 until:

      • 11:30 A.M., Local Time
        Wednesday, July 8, 2020

    and at 12:00 noon will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Administration Building at 504 E. Main St., Alliance, Ohio 44601.

  2. The contract documents, including plans and specifications, can be obtained at the office of the Alliance City Engineer, 504 E. Main St., Alliance, Ohio 44601 for a non-refundable fee of $75.00 for each set.  An additional $10.00 will be charged to have the plans and specifications mailed.  Checks shall be made payable to the City of Alliance.

  3. The ODOT Construction and Material Specifications (CMS) and the City of Alliance rules and regulations shall apply to all work to be done under this contract.
