Contests/Cleanup

In the spring of every year, we sponsor a Billboard Contest. Students from grades 6-12 submit original artwork displaying that year's theme. The winning entries are posted on actual billboards throughout the county. "Clawd" (the crayfish) is Stark County's Stormwater mascot. He is included on the billboards.
